Cara Wants You To Know...

As much notice as possible is requested prior to booking of services. 

Errand service payment - half is due when a service is booked / scheduled. The rest of the payment is due upon completion of the service(s) unless prior arrangements have been made

24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an Errand service otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. If expenses have already been incurred by Time Rescue, on your behalf, you will be responsible for them

There is a minimum charge of one hour

House / Pet sitting service payment - Half of the full payment amount is due when a service is booked! 
The rest of the payment is due 14 days prior to first day of house / pet sitting - unless prior arrangements have been made

Re: Cancellation notice
14+ days notice of cancellation is required, for House Sitting / Pet Sitting & Boarding Services, in order to receive a full refund.  7 - 13 days notice of cancellation, only half of the amount of days booked
 will be returned to you. 1 - 6 days notice of cancellation, or less, NO funds will be returned

When Cara stays overnight at your home for Pet Sitting or House Sitting services, your home MUST be clean and in tidy order

Re: Dog Sitting / Boarding
Any dog boarding / dog sitting clients who require their dog to be the only dog (at times I dog sit 2 at a time if there is a request for the same date(s)), must notify me at time of booking!  In this case, the charge per night will be $65.00 for one dog

All Services - Urgent, Last Minute Requests: surcharge may apply

Weekends / Stat Holidays: surcharge may apply

Cheque's returned NSF will be charged a $50 fee

Time Rescue’s rates reflect charges for services rendered. They do not include the cost of merchandise or the cost of parking

Though I am always dedicated to doing my best, Time Rescue will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction in regards to merchandise purchased

In a situation where Time Rescue must cancel a scheduled service last minute due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, the client will allow the service to be cancelled without any compensation whatsoever. The service will be rescheduled for another day and time if the client so wishes
